Back to Soccer

Here is Ellis in full soccer regalia with Maeve.  Ellis adores soccer but had a tough time last week when the coach set them up, for the first time, to directly compete.  This was the first indication that soccer is a competitive sport, and Ellis is fart to sweet to steal someone else's ball as a first instinct.  She was also paired with a kid who is a year older and not so constrained by manners.  It ended with a very frustrated and sad Ellis.  Mike said he saw it coming a mile away and would have reacted the exact same way at her age.

After practice, we came home and played some more.
