Visiting the Grandparents

For Thanksgiving, we had visits from THREE grandparents: Gram, Kackie and Pops. One of the things that everyone of us likes to do is cook...and eat. So Thanksgiving is tailor made for this crew.  Mike planned an amazing meal of smoked turkey, qua-duc-ant (which is a quail stuffed into a duck stuffed into a pheasant), cornbread stuffing, brussel sprouts, potatoes, salad and the most amazing lemon pie.  We even had veggies that he had pickled.  Really, Mike is amazing.

We also got out and about.  We hit the park.  We went to the MLK memorial.  We prepared for the LSU v. Arkansas game.
