Drinking Apple Juice

Ellis has a heck of a time sitting still while she is eating. For this reason, she (and, as you might imagine, Beth) prefers when she drinks from a bottle. We have had to start giving Ellis apple juice because she has been dealing with some constipation and apple juice is a natural diuretic.

It is also full of sugar, as Mike learned the hard way. Beth gave Ellis an ounce of apple juice and then left Mike him to deal a hyper baby while she took a nap.
