Snow and Ice

We had some snow and lots of ice here in DC last week. Here is a picture of how we protect Miss Ellis from the elements for her trip to daycare in such conditions. That is the outline of Ellis, under the rain/wind guard in the B*O*B stroller wrapped up in a winter coat and a fleece blanket.

This stroller is the bomb. It is overkill if you live a car-centric life, like 97% of Americans. But if you are out on foot most of the time in a climate like we have in DC (with snow and ice and rain), it is worth every single penny.
