More Signs

Ellis continues to pick up new signs. I am trying to catch them on video. Below is grass, bird and sleep. To get a sense of how accurate she is, you can see them demonstrated at ASL Browser.

First up is "grass."


Next is "bird." She struggles with this one, turning the bird sign backward. Still pretty cute, though.


Last is "sleep." She just busted out with this one last week. We are very impressed by how well she does it. Half the time, she even closes her eyes as she brings her hand down (which is part of the sign) -- pretty sophisticated if you ask me!
