National Train Day

Today is National Train Day, so we went down to Union Station to celebrate.  We toured sleeper cars and diner cars.  We also saw an old Pullman car from the 1920s that the historic society owns -- and you can travel to NYC, Boston, Chicago or even San Francisco in. Below is a picture of Mike and Ellis in the living room of the Pullman car.

The kicker is that they had the train that President Obama used on his whistle stop tour for all to see.  It is absolutely beautiful.  And you will see a picture of Beth, Ellis and Barack (at the bottom of this post) in front of his train.
