First Day in the Toddlers' Class

If you were concerned that Ellis would have trouble adjusting to her new class, put that fear to rest. We walked in to the Toddler Room and Ellis ran to play with the other kids. She jumped onto the slide and then hopped on the seesaw with Hannah. I had no idea she could seesaw, but boy can she. When I left, she looked at me as if to say, "What are you waiting around for?"

The lady in this shot is Ms. Nun, the head teacher in the class. She runs a regimented schedule full of singing and interactive games and museums (a benefit of being located 2 blocks from the National Mall). Today they went to the Air and Space Museum, and Ellis got to ride in a toy plane. Apparently, Ellis also helped clean up after lunch and then took a 2.5 hour nap. Gotta love that.
