Kids' Restaurant Week
This week is Kids' Restaurant Week in DC, where kids are welcome at participating, often trendy, restaurants. They have prix fixe menus for both kids and parents. So we loaded up Art and Soul Restaurant with 7 adults and 4 kids who are 16-18 months old -- Ellis, Maeve (of Melvis fame), Maisie and Bridget.
The food was good but moved too slowly, so we took the girls outside for some entertainment.
Here the girls are playing in rocks and by the fire pit. I swear it is not as dangerous as it sounds.
