Ellis Saves the Tigers
Anyone who watched the LSU-Mississippi St game knows that LSU certainly did not win that game so much as they completely lucked-out in not losing. Here is why...
Before her nap, Ellis read "Hello, Mike" -- a book about Mike the Tiger going to an LSU football game. On each page, she would point and say/sign "tiger" and then: "Hello, Mike!" She insisted on taking the book with her to bed and fell asleep cuddling with it.
The gods must have been so charmed by Ellis' devotion that they knocked the ball out of State's hands a couple of times. But I will take this opportunity to warn the Tigers that Ellis can not pull strings for them every week. Once in a while, they will probably have to show up and play some semblance of football.
