Family Picture
We rarely get pictures of the 3 of us together. This one was captured right after the derby party. I am resistant to professional pictures, which rarely turn out well enough to justify their cost, but I may relent on that in order to get more pictures of the 3 of us together.
And as long as I am posting this picture, I might as well tell you a cute thing or two about Ellis. She really likes hugs and sometimes will announce, "I need a hug." Every now and then she will even call for a "family hug." When she wants to get your attention, she will say your name, grab you chin (gently) to make you look at her and then impart whatever important piece of information she has to share.
