Vacation - Stanley
We ventured into Stanley, ID (population 100) for groceries, a few meals and the Salmon Festival. The festival was less festive due to the colder-than-expected weather, but Ellis did get her picture taken in front of a big red fish.

As for meals, we had two surprisingly nice ones. One was breakfast at the Stanley Baking Company. Really, really yummy. And the other was dinner at the Sawtooth Hotel. Check out the link and the picture of the hotel back in the 30s. Both meals were with Keith, who drove up to spend a couple days with us. Ellis was very excited to see her Bubba.

We also walked around town a bit to see the airport (more of a driveway for small planes), the disc golf course (you heard me), and the lovely surroundings.
