A Quiet Week
The week between Christmas and New Year was a quiet one that allowed me, Ellis and Mike to spend some quality time together. We had to run some errands in Georgetown and dropped by Pizza Paradiso for some yummy pizza. You should also check out the cute outfit that Ellis got from Bubba and Carol in pictures one and two.
It was not all fun and games. We also had to handle the regular stuff, like a trip to the grocery. Ellis enjoys "driving" the grocery cart, but the fun of that wears off after a while and she generally gets comfortable. We found this pose she struck absolutely hilarious.
On Jan 2nd, we went to Eastern Market to get a painting we had been eying for months. The artist turns out to be a Mississippi native who is a huge Saints fan. So we bonded. And then Ellis helped Mike carry the painting back to the car.
