Pensacola -- Playing with Cousins
Last week, we went to Pensacola Beach and stayed in a house with my parents, brother, sister and their families. There were also uncles and aunts and many, many cousins. Ellis and Anders loved it. Ellis particularly enjoyed her time with cousin Allee. See for yourself...
Ian is starting to take an interest in Anders. Ian himself is getting very interesting. He really interacts with people (much flirting) and makes delightfully cute noises. Anders in now trying to compete with him for most drooly, but Ian is the king of drool right now. Two bottom teeth in and two up top working their way out.
Pops and Kackie were really prepared for this trip. They got this awesome kids' pool that we put on the porch. This let the kids swim in most weather and not have to worry about jelly fish or sunburn. It was a huge hit.
Pops and Kackie also brought Candyland, which they played with Ellis and Allison. I wish I had gotten this on video (I took almost no video on this trip -- what is wrong with me?!?) because it was adorable.
Aunt Hollee has a gift with children. She finds great ways for them to participate in everything, even making snacks. Here they are working on nachos.
Allison's pack-n-play was in a closet in Scott and Hollee's room. The closet was big enough to be a room, actually. Here are the girls hiding and playing there, followed by some other great shots of them having fun.
