Friday Evening

Often on Fridays, I pick up the kids and we go out for dinner. Pete's Apizza (pronounced "a-BEETS) for "New Haven-style pizza" is a frequent choice.  Anders is always the first to be picked up.  Here he is with Ms. Tati, Anders' favorite teacher.  He becomes all smiles when he sees her and gets very excited when she calls him "papi." Anders was hanging out with Ms. Tati at the front desk this day because he was one of the last kids at daycare that day.

Then I pick up Ellis from school and we head to Pete's.  This day is was barely warm enough to sit outside, so we did.  As you can see, Ellis still would not wear a sweater over her short sleeve shirt.  That child is a furnace.
