DC Mardi Gras Fever

I got a last minute opportunity to attend DC Mardi Gras, which is the first time I've ever gone.  It was quite a spectacle. There was an aerial ribbon dancer, a dude on stilts, a guy who swallowed a sword, and crazy amounts of amazing food and Mardi Gras chatchkis. I came home and shared some with Ellis and Anders, who immediately got into the Mardi Gras spirit.
