Skansen

Rested and ready to go, we took the light rail to Skansen, an open-air museum about Stockholm. Anders told Pops stories all the way (when Anders gets talking, it can be tough to get a word in edge-wise).

The park has a zoo and several playgrounds... 

It also historic buildings from around Sweden that were relocated to Skansen and people who teach visitors about Swedish history and culture. 

 Here, they are learning about how wool clothing is recycled and helping to do it.

  

 The kids struggled to understand the class, which was in Swedish, but hung in there.

 There were also the famous windmills from Öland, a place we suspect Mike's family has a relation to.
