Pictures and Chipotle Fundraiser

School pictures came in making it obvious even to me that my babies are not babies anymore.

They also turn out to be amazing ambassadors for their school. The local Chipotle donated to our school half the sale of any purchase from any customer who said they were there for Tubman on November 7. So we passed out fliers to push up the numbers.  No one was getting past these kids.

Anders was especially insistent. He would stand in the way of people walking by so that they couldn't pass him without taking a flier. Then he would say, "Buy dinner at Chipotle to raise money for my school," and he would point the way.
Ellis has a gentler but just as effective touch.
The PK and K kids were formidable salespeople.

I expected to raise about $300 that night and would have considered $500 a raging success. In fact, we raised about $900 for the school, which also earned us a pile of coupons due to the impressive showing.
